Hello! I am Sue Tiger and would love to teach you how to make Strawberry Jam! You can make this jam all year long. It is a perfect gift you can make at home, and you don’t have to become a fulltime canner. Your family and friends will LOVE it. I will help demystify the whole process so you can experience how easy jam is to make. It does require some attention to detail and learning some cooking techniques, such as holding a hard boil that cannot be stirred down.

Took a class from Sue, interesting, informative and fun!
The jars of strawberry jam I made in Sue’s class were eaten within a couple days they were so good! A week later I made dandelion jelly and grape jelly using her recipes as well, and I have to say my husband and I will not be buying store jellies or jams anymore. Homemade using these recipes is the way to go! <3 Thanks so much, Sue!
