Sue Tiger
I am an Illinois State Fair Blue-ribbon winner and 5-year veteran of the Urbana, IL Farmers Market. I have learned so much from 5+ years of making canned goods almost every day. I want everyone to learn how to can so you can transform fresh-tasting fruits and vegetables into wonderful jams, jellies, salsas, sauces, soups, pickles, and relishes! I will show you how to make delicious creations that your family and friends will love! I taught my son how to make raspberry jam in one session when he was in high school. He then went on to teach his band friends and they sold their jams in a very successful fundraiser! I like to teach online because in-person classes make it difficult for everyone to see everything that is happening on the stove. Online, I can show you close up each part of the process so you can easily replicate it on your stove, and pause when you need to. Let's learn together!
