Hi! I’m Sue Tiger from Tiger Gardens, and my specialty is re-setting jelly that didn’t set the first time. In this course, I’ll take you through the entire process in just one hour, ideally. I’ll have a pot of jelly going and the idea is that you will have your pot of unset jelly as we go through this process together. The short videos can be viewed as you need — start and stop any time, or jump to the one you need.

The videos are broken up into 3 main sections that are are 3 steps to re-setting jelly:

2. Go through the process of re-setting your jelly on the stove (together).
3. Decide how you’re going to preserve it long-term. If you choose to waterbath can it, we’ll go through that process together, too.
